  1. Membership Agreement: By signing up for a membership at CORELAB, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between the member and CORELAB, located at 4 Salman Al-Qudat Street.
  2. Membership Types and Fees: Types: Drop-in, 4-class monthly package, 8-class monthly package, 12-class 5-week package, 16-class 6-week package, and 20-class 7-week package. Fees: All membership fees are due in advance and must be paid in full before accessing the studio. Fees vary by package.
  3. Class Cancellation & Freeze Policy: 12-Hour Cancellation: You must cancel at least 12 hours before class to retain your credit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class are not eligible for credit return. Late Cancellation Waiver: Members on 8, 12, 16, or 20-class packages are eligible for 1 free late cancel credit per package. You must inform us to apply it; credits are not automatically returned. Freeze Policy: For 8+ class packages, members may freeze their package once per cycle (up to 1 week) for travel or medical reasons. Advance notice is required. Not available for 4-class packages.
  4. Add-Ons: “Life Happens” Options: To support real-life challenges, members may purchase the following optional add-ons:
  • Validity Extension: JD10 per 1-week extension. Must be purchased before expiry.
  • Late Cancellation Credit: JD6 per credit. Must be purchased in advance to retain a session cancelled under 12 hours. Cannot be bought retroactively.
  • CoreFlex Add-On: JD20 at time of package purchase only. Includes:
    • 1-week validity extension
    • 2 late cancellation credits
  1. Studio Access & Hours: Access: Valid membership grants access to studio facilities during operating hours. Members must check in at the front desk. Hours: Sun–Thu: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM & 6:00 PM–8:00 PM Fri: 10:00 AM–12:30 PM Sat: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM & 5:30 PM–6:30 PM
  2. Waiver & Liability: All members must sign a liability waiver before joining. This acknowledges the risks of physical activity and releases CORELAB from claims related to injury.
  3. Membership Termination: CORELAB may terminate memberships due to violations of policy, non-payment, or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.
  4. Refunds: CORELAB does not offer refunds for change of mind or classes booked “by mistake”. All class credits and packs are final sale; however, you may upgrade, switch to a different package, or transfer unused credits to a friend (original expiry applies). 
  5. Amendments: CORELAB may modify terms at any time. Members will be notified via email and WhatsApp. Continued attendance signifies acceptance.
  6. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Jordanian law and is subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
